Balloon launch, in the freezing cold RAIN!

Hey guys,
We had our balloon launch today as you guys all know and the idea was that every balloon has one name of a student inside it(you would find it if you pop the balloon). You let the balloons fly away and let them land wherever they want to. Wherever the balloon lands, for example in your back garden, there will be a note attatched to the balloon saying to ring the school and say that I have got a bolloon. They then pop the balloon and see whose name is inside it. The balloon might even end up in France!!!
The girl whose balloon went the furthest is the winner and gets a prize!
Simple!!!
So, it was very cool seeing all these colourful balloons in the air and our local news presenter (Nick Owen) came and everything, but it was RAINING and half the balloons were not going up because of the rain! They did eventually though.
Out of all the balloons that did go up, half of THEM went up for about 5 minutes then came back down in the playground again!
Knowing my my balloon was probably one of them!
